Tony graduated from Johnson and Wales College in 1988 and hit the ground running working for Stouffers, Sheraton, Marriott, and Starwood. Tony has tasked, forced and opened hotels and restaurants up all over the country.
He has also led a team of over 850 food and beverage professionals, achieving over 125 million dollars annually in food and beverage. He absolutely loves operations and loves to get involved. His mantra is Passion + knowledge = Power. Tony also has a love for teaching his craft and thinking with an avant-garde spirit. He has developed numerous concepts for Tishman Hotel Corporation. Tony developed the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic, an event that does over 500,000 in revenue and is priceless for the amount of press the resort gets. Tony also created V.I.B.E. visionary innovative banquet events.
Tony’s passion for food and beverage allows Legacy Hospitality to work with the independant restaurant or bar looking for guidance or training to corporate hotels and restaurants.
